## Digital Products

Digital products are delivered electronically via download link or email immediately after purchase confirmation. No physical shipment is involved. Please check your email inbox (and spam/junk folder) after purchase.

## Physical Products

### Processing Time

All physical orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

### Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

### Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

### International Shipping

We ship internationally. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates.

### Damages

Caspian is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received a damaged order, please save all packaging material and contact us immediately at erdineralisan123@gmail.com with photos of the damage.
